Cancellation & Booking Policy

Your appointment is very important to us and we understand schedule adjustments may be necessary but it is crucial we stay on schedule and consistent. Therefore, we have implemented policies in place if adjustments are necessary.

We respectfully ask that you provide a 24 hours notice, prior to your appointment, if you need to cancel or reschedule.

All "NO SHOW" appointments will lose their payment for that service and/or appointment.

If you are late (no later than 15 min), we can still provide service but that time will be removed from your overall treatment time for that day.

It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. This will prevent any missed appointments which will result in a "NO SHOW".

If you are on a package plan, you are allowed to reschedule a minimum number of times, as follows:

  • The Kourtney (4 - 60 minute treatments) you are allowed to have only one reschedule. If you reschedule more than one time, you forfeit any sessions thereafter.
  • The Khloe (8 - 60 minute treatments) you are allowed to have two reschedules. If you reschedule more than twice, you forfeit any sessions thereafter.
  • The Kylie (12 - 60 minute treatments) you are allowed to have two reschedules. If you reschedule more than twice, you forfeit any sessions thereafter.

We recognize that time of our clients and employees is valuable which is why we have implemented this policy.
